Directions:

1. From I-235, take the 63rd street exit.
2. Head south on 63rd until you hit Railroad. Turn right onto Railroad.
3. Turn right onto 5th Street.
4. The Community Center is on the right side of 5th between Cafe Su and Outstamping Designs.

Des Moines Convention Complex, lower level

Parking is available on the street around the Complex (free) and in the parking garage across the street at 5th and Keo (entrance on 5th).
Additional parking at Center Street Park and Ride (7th and Center) within easy walking distance of the Complex.
You may also choose to park nearly anywhere downtown and access the Convention Complex via skywalk.

1. From I-235, take the "downtown Des Moines" exit and follow it to 5th street.
2. Head south on 5th (it's a one-way street)
3. The Convention Center will be on your left.

Swing Des Moines has reserved a large chunk of rooms at the Mariott, which is very close to the Convention Complex (about two blocks, and accessible via skywalk as well as sidewalk), at the discounted rate of $102 per night for a double room. 515-245-5500 and ask for the Swing Des Moines rate.

You can also find cheaper hotels that are a bit further away.
